The Drax Catacombs have re-opened

The catacombs beneath Drax are now believed to be bug free.

The Drax catacombs have been re-opened and, as far as I know, all bugs have been fixed!

Most of the problems were due to the use of deprecated code. Numerous rooms, items, and NPCs have been fixed up and are working as expected.
