I believe the Giant Patchwork Bag and it's contents, historically, did not add to encumbrance (or it was a lot less than it usually would be if you used a normal bag or no bag). Is there a way that can be fixed? Especially since lockers / storage are not a thing, this would be really helpful. I find a lot of cool stuff and, even in real life, I'm a collector!
